Established in 2003, Peppermint has been the market leader in greenfield bar operations, as well as venues and stadia, by crafting innovative experiences based on three core pillars – Innovation, People and Sustainability. Peppermint provides bars, food, concessions and pop-up brand activations.
Created in partnership by Alex Brooke and Adam Hempenstall, the pair have developed long-lasting partnerships with some of the most prestigious events across the UK. As a core pillar of Peppermint’s ethos, sustainability is implemented across all aspects of their day-to-day business and partnering with like-minded partners.
From 2019 – 2022, they have managed to reduce their CO2 emissions by 85%, recognising there is more to be done to succeed in achieving their desired Net Zero status.
